Who we are

The ACT Consortium is a global research partnership of a number of eminent public health and academic institutions in Africa, Asia, Europe and the United States where our projects' Principal Investigators are based.

The Consortium's main decision-making body is our Steering Committee which consists of a select group of Principal Investigators, elected by the larger body of Principal Investigators every year. 

The Expert Oversight Committee is an independant advisory body to the Steering Committee and the ACT Consortium as a whole.

The ACT Consortium is supported by the Secretariat based at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, which is also home to the Consortium's Core Scientific Team.

The Consortium is in the process of forming its Policy Liaison Group and we hope to have this committee in place in 2011/12.
